Haven Project (Formerly ICE)

The Haven Project (Formerly known as ICE) has been working in Exmouth Community College for over 25 years. Offering daily support through a drop in, ‘The Hub’ every break and lunchtime, and a mentoring service for young people struggling with issues including low self esteem, self harm, anger management, unhealthy relationships etc as well as helping with the transition from primary to secondary school. 

Outside of Exmouth Community College, the team also deliver transition work with Year 6’s in the local primary schools.

During school holidays, we run the Holiday Cafe Scheme at the Community Cafe, providing free hot meals for young people where they or their families are in financial crisis. If your family is in need, please visit the Community Cafe on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday for support. For support agencies, please contact us for a referral form if you know of a family in need.
